In my 15th year with the district, I currently teach Physical Education in the Atkins and Norway buildings. My husband Jon and I have two children, Carsen and Hazel and we are all proud to be Bobcats. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, skiing, and attending my children's activities.

I am an Alternative Kindergarten teacher at Atkins Elementary. I have been teaching for 21 years. I live in Atkins with my husband Jay and our four kids, Parker, Marin, Charlotte, and Kellen. In my free time, I stay busy attending our kids’ activities and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I am in my first year teaching at Benton, but in my ninth year of education overall. My experiences range from teaching K-6 Spanish, general education in first and second grades, and finally teaching Spanish at the high school level. I love my job and have really enjoyed getting to know the students this year!

All current 10th and 11th graders who are going to play football next fall need to meet during 5th Period on Friday, May 12 in Coach Zittergruen's classroom.

Check your email to vote for your class' 2023-2024 student council representatives today! Please vote for 5 class representatives who you feel would be exceptional leaders in our school. They must attend 90% or more of StuCo activities, be an active participant in meetings, and demonstrate leadership skills each day.

Benton Theatre will present "Once Upon a Mattress" next fall. This show is a fun spin on the princess and the pea. Students in grades 8-11 who are interested in auditioning, please pick up materials in Ms. Knaack's room (Room 214) starting on Wednesday, May 10th. Auditions will be held on May 17th and 18th.

Dance Team: There will be a meeting for any 8th-11th graders interested in joining the dance team next year on TOMORROW during 5th Block in the library. If you cannot attend, please notify Mr. Huegel or Mrs. Eggert.

There will be a FCCLA meeting TODAY during Block 5 for sophomores through seniors. Freshman and eighth grade please contact Ms. Fox if you are interested in FCCLA next year.
