I chose to teach at Benton because the size of the school/district allows students a lot of options in regards to activities and academics, while still allowing students to make positive connections and build relationships.

Benton was 28 of 29 for serves with one ace. Schulte was 4 for 5. Embretson was 4 of 4. Brynnlee Seeck was 4 of 4. Schroeder was 9 of 9 with one ace. Callan Keiper was 4 of 4. Brendes was 3 of 3.
Benton travels to the Prairie Tournament Saturday, Oct. 4, in Cedar Rapids. Teams include Muscatine, Cedar Rapids Kennedy, Clear Creek Amana and Cedar Rapids Washington. The tournament starts at 9 a.m.
