Growing up here I wanted to bring the love of learning and excitement I had for being a Bobcat. I want to instill that in my own kids as well as my classroom every year.

Middle School Student Council is once again doing the Parents Night Out event. It is this Friday, December 5th, 5:30-8:30 p.m., at Atkins Elementary.

I chose to teach at Benton because it was the right fit for both my family and my career. As a family, we wanted to be more centrally located to our extended relatives. Additionally, we knew our kids would have great opportunities here both academically and socially.

I choose to work at Benton because I grew up here, and this community has always felt like home. Now I want to raise my own family in a place that fosters strong relationships, connection, and a true sense of belonging.

Benton Community and Central Lutheran will be running a 2 hour late start schedule today, November 25. There will be no early dismissal. There will be no preschool today. Please remember that there are no morning activities on a late start. Also, there is no breakfast served.
