We want to remind our students and families of the importance of regular school attendance. When students miss school, they miss important instructional time that can’t be replaced. In fact, missing 10% or more of the school year (18+ days a year) can put students at risk of academic failure. Research shows they are less likely to read proficiently and graduate from high school. For our students to succeed, they need to be at school. Help your student get to school every day so that they can stay engaged, successful, and on track to graduate. If you need support with your student’s attendance, please reach out to the school.

BC High School Student Council is hosting a Toy Drive December 1st through December 12th. Donations can be dropped off at the MS/HS daily or at the basketball games on Dec. 5th and Dec. 11th.

Benton Community State Dance Send off.... The Benton Community Dance Team will be performing all their state dance routines tonight in the high school gym at 6:00 pm. This is free to the public. Come out and support our young ladies as they have been working extremely hard!! Great luck at State!!
