My name is Candace Mitchell and I teach Alternative Kindergarten. My husband and I along with our four children are actively involved in the Bobcat Community. My favorite part of being a Bobcat is the Bobcat Pride found throughout all the schools. I love how the community, across the entire district, participates in the amazing events throughout the school year! These are reasons why I am proud to be a Bobcat.

"I chose to teach at Benton because of the community. I did my student teaching here and loved the atmosphere and the overall community. I have now become part of this community by teaching FCS, coaching cheerleading for the high school and sponsoring FCCLA."
