HS Boys Wrestling Managers: There will be an informational meeting on Friday, October 28th for those interested in being an administrative assistant/manager for the wrestling team. It will be in the wrestling room during 5th block in Mr. Telgenhoff’s room.
HS Baseball: There will be a meeting on Monday October 24th during Block 5 for anyone planning to play baseball this summer. Meeting will take place in the Student Center. If you cannot attend the meeting, please email mmoser@benton.k12.ia.us to let him know.

Mrs. Tracie Kimm is in her 26th year of teaching at Benton Community. She currently teaches 3rd grade and loves working with the amazing students, families, and staff at Keystone Elementary. Tracie and her husband, Byran, live in Keystone. They are the proud parents of Benton grads Caleb, Hannah, and Rebecca. They are blessed with a daughter-in-law, Kallie, two sons-in-law, Zach and Andrew, and grandchildren, Grace and Noah. Time spent with family and friends, gardening, traveling, cheering on the Bobcats, Hawkeyes, Panthers, Cubs, and Chiefs are favorite activities.
Congratulations to Benton Community Student Cael Kaestner! Today he signed with Buena Vista to play baseball. They are getting a great student athlete.

My name is Ashley Lueckenotto and I teach 2nd grade at Atkins Elementary. This is my fifth year teaching, but my first year at Benton. Previously I have taught middle school. My husband and I live in Cedar Rapids, and we are both Benton grads. I am loving being back in the district!

HS Student Council: HS Student Council will be meeting on Wednesday, October 19th at 9:00 AM in Señora Neve ́s room. StuCo students also need to pick up a permission slip for our conference on October 31st from Señora Neve ASAP. High school GSA will be meeting on Wednesday, October 19th and Thursday, October 27th during 5th block in Ms. Hillyer's room (room 207).
