Our preschoolers took a very exciting field trip to Bloomsbury Farm on Monday, September 28th, thanks to our wonderful PTO! From the moment we arrived, there was something fun to see and do. We bounced high on the jumping pillow, visited goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, and climbed inside the giant wooden birdhouses. Of course, we had to stop for a group photo on the big swing, too!
We enjoyed the new Tractor slide and pretended to drive the big tractors. The fun continued in the Corn Palace, where we played, explored, and discovered just how tricky it can be to walk through a LOT of corn! Our little legs worked hard as we tried to make our way through it. Many of us found corn in our ears, hair, and clothes!
We were excited that many parents and grandparents got to join us, but the bus ride from Ms. Linda seemed to be the favorite memory. There were lots of smiles, laughs, and tired preschoolers by the end of the day. Thank you to our PTO for making this fun fall adventure possible! It was a day at Bloomsbury Farm we won’t soon forget!
