In our Third grade classroom we have been having fun and a lot of laughs with Reader’s Theater.  Reader’s Theater is a reading activity where students perform a script by reading their parts aloud using expression and fluency, without memorizing lines.  Students have the opportunity to collaborate, take turns, and perform for an audience. Reader’s Theater supports learning standards by practicing reading, speaking, and listening skills in a fun and engaging way!
