Quick note to let you all know about an amazing day we experienced here at Norway. The students brought high levels of excitement and the staff was very eager to meet them. So many kids were able to reconnect with classmates that they might not have seen in awhile and begin making new friendships as well. Looking forward to another great school year! Our centers welcomed students and families in for our open houses yesterday. There is so much excitement for the start of another year! Many thanks to all who helped to make the “Welcome Back” such a positive experience!
Associates from throughout the district gathered for some professional learning in preparation for another school year. This group of employees is such a valuable entity to supporting students throughout our system. Benton is so fortunate to have so many dedicated individuals serving students. Benton CSD welcomed new staff to the district with a New Teacher Orientation on Thursday. Staff spent time in the morning learning about the district from our team at Central Office, toured to every single town in the district by bus with all teacher leaders, and received a building tour from each building administrator. We are so thankful to have so many new Bobcats ready to contribute to creating A Quality Education for a Lifetime of Learning.

Transportation employees recently completed state-wide mandatory trainings and onboarding for the new school year. We are so thankful for our transportation staff and all of the care they take getting our students to and from school safely.
