November is a great time to reflect on what we are thankful for. And our new district wide program, Character Strong is highlighting gratitude for the month. At Norway, we started the month with an activity that could be displayed on a Character Strong bulletin board in the lunchroom. This allowed each student to share what he or she was thankful for by writing it on a colorful leaf.
Students were very thoughtful with their responses and it was a great way to kick off November. Character Strong does a nice job of tying into our PBIS initiative here at Benton Community. Go Bobcats!
