Chris Chapman

As the first quarter comes to a close, students in Mr. Chapmans fitness class has begun maxing out. All quarter long the class has completed various full body workouts each day in class. The three main lifts the class focuses on are hang clean, bench press, and back squat.

Throughout the quarter students have developed good habits and training routines in class. We lift three days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We traditionally practice yoga on Wednesdays and play games on Friday. Each day in class we incorporate some form of Sprint, Jump or Throw training as well in order to help our student athletes be the best they can be.
