According to Buddy the Elf, “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.” Since not all of us can carry a tune, John Hayden had an idea to spread holiday cheer amongst the staff this year. What better way to spread holiday fun than sharing awkward family photos? Well, with our work families. Some groups took whole-staff photos, while others took photos with grade-level teams, content-area teams, or just their chosen “work family.”
John Hayden came up with the idea after seeing the trend on TikTok of co-workers taking awkward family photos. "We thought it would be a fun way to share some holiday spirit with the community. We encouraged the staff members to take fun pictures with their work family, as we all recognize how important those people are to our daily lives. Our staff members are like family members to each other and this was a fun way to show that off!" said Hayden. Hopefully, this is a trend that will continue in the years to come.
