WaMac Art Show

On Wednesday April 19th, Benton competed in and hosted the Annual WaMaC Conference Art Show at the Van Horne Community Center.  Out of the hundreds of other competitors and entries, Benton ended up placing thirteen out of the twenty artworks that were entered in the Show!  These students were recognized in the following categories:  

Ashlyn Drahos: 2nd Place in Utilitarian Ceramics
Kierstyn Wacek: 1st Place in Non-Utilitarian Ceramics
Molly Light:  2nd Place in Non-Utilitarian Ceramics
Ashlyn Drahos:  3rd Place in Non-Utilitarian Ceramics
Molly Light:  Honorable Mention in Black&White Drawing
Hailee Johnson:  3rd Place in Mixed-Media 2-D
Taylor Kitzman:  3rd Place in Oils&Acrylics
Isaak Schmitz:  2nd Place in Watercolor
Kierstyn Wacek:  Honorable Mention in Watercolor
Mackenzie Bruns:  3rd Place in Film Photography
Emma Bange:  Honorable Mention in Digital Photography
Kiara McVay:  2nd Place in Digital Photography
Avery Gritsch:  2nd Place in Printmaking
