SeeSaw is a great tool that is being used in the classroom! One way that it is being utilized in second grade is during reading and math rotations. One day during the week, students are assigned an activity on the app that correlates to either our phonics lesson that week or our grammar lesson. During math rotations, there are activities on SeeSaw that align with our math curriculum.

The other great thing about SeeSaw is that it’s such a great communication tool! Not only can teachers send reminders out to parents, but the special teachers can also post to SeeSaw. This allows parents to see what their child is doing in other classes as well. SeeSaw is a great tool that parents can use to talk to their student at home about things they did that day at school. Make sure to connect to SeeSaw!
